The floppy drive can be made by anyone or even pulled from an old computer. Here is typical OEM packaging for a floppy drive. Bubble wrap with the floppy drive enclosed in an anti-static bag.
Here are front and rear views of the floppy drive, plus a shot of the mounting screws for the floppy drive. A total of four round head machine screws are needed, size 4-40, length 1/4 inch. And, of course, a flathead screwdriver is needed as well. You can pick up a variety pack of screws that will more than you need at a place like Radio Shack.
